Our roles
• Responsible Party for personal information we collect on our own website/app (accounts, support, billing, analytics).
• Operator when we process applicant data on behalf of our clients using Wonderhire. In that case the client (employer) is the Responsible Party.
 
What we collect
Contact and account details, support communications, usage/analytics, billing details (via payment processors), and information you choose to send us.
 
Why we use it
To deliver and improve our services, provide support, secure our systems, meet legal duties, and (if you opt in) send product updates. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
 
Sharing & sub-processors
We use trusted service providers listed at www.wonderhire.net/subprocessors to help us run Wonderhire. We require appropriate confidentiality, security and POPIA safeguards.
 
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (see www.wonderhire.net/security).
 
Transfers outside South Africa (POPIA s72)
Some processing may occur outside SA. We use legally permitted safeguards (binding agreements and other s72(1) bases).
 
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
 
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or object to processing.
• For applicant data submitted to an employer, please contact the employer first; we assist them as Operator.
• For data where we are Responsible Party, contact privacy@codeloft.co.za.
