Who We Are
WonderHire was born from lived frustration. Rodney Kuhn and Wayne Silbermann, serial entrepreneurs who’ve built multiple ventures and tech products, spent countless hours sorting through misleading resumes, enduring ineffective interviews, and piecing together scattered candidate data—all while racing to build great teams. That persistence and firsthand pain inspired WonderHire.
Since then, the founders have participated in Google’s Launchpad Accelerator, won DEMO, and earned recognition in Fast Company, TechCrunch, Business Insider, Lifehacker, Forbes, and Wired.
